ACCOUNT UPGRADE AND RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI) TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

These Account Upgrade and Return on Investment ("ROI") Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the requirements, procedures, and conditions relating to account upgrades and continued earnings on all trading accounts operated through Apex Crown Trading ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

By opening, maintaining, or operating an account with the Company, the client ("Client," "User," or "Account Holder") agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT TIERS

The Company offers multiple account tiers, including but not limited to:

  • Basic Account
  • Gold Account
  • Platinum Account

Each account tier provides different trading capacities, return thresholds, and performance privileges as determined by the Company.

3. MANDATORY ACCOUNT UPGRADE REQUIREMENT

3.1 Clients operating under a Basic Account shall be required to upgrade their account to either Gold or Platinum status upon reaching a specified Return on Investment (ROI) threshold established by the Company.

3.2 The upgrade requirement is mandatory for the following purposes:

  • To continue participation in advanced trading activities
  • To maintain account performance standards
  • To enable continued accumulation of ROI beyond Basic Account limits
  • To maintain uninterrupted access to certain account functions and services

3.3 The Company reserves the right to impose restrictions, including but not limited to limitations on trading activity, ROI accumulation, or account functionality, until the required upgrade is completed.

4. ROI THRESHOLD AND UPGRADE ELIGIBILITY

4.1 The Company shall determine and maintain the ROI threshold that triggers an upgrade requirement.

4.2 Once the applicable ROI threshold is reached, the Client will be notified through the Platform or other authorized communication channels.

4.3 The Company reserves the right to modify ROI thresholds at its sole discretion without prior notice where necessary for operational, financial, or regulatory reasons.

5. UPGRADE FEES

5.1 Account upgrades from Basic to Gold or Platinum require payment of an applicable upgrade fee.

5.2 Upgrade fees must be paid in full before the upgrade process can be completed.

5.3 The Company reserves the right to adjust upgrade fees at its sole discretion.

6. UPGRADE FEE REFUND POLICY

6.1 All upgrade fees paid by the Client shall be refunded to the Client's trading account balance following successful completion of the upgrade process.

6.2 Refunds shall be credited to the Client's trading account after confirmation of the upgrade deposit.

6.3 Refunded upgrade fees shall:

  • Be credited to the Client's trading balance
  • Be available for trading activities within the Platform
  • Not constitute a direct cash withdrawal unless otherwise permitted under applicable account policies

6.4 The Company reserves the right to determine refund processing times.

7. CONTINUED ROI ACCUMULATION

7.1 Upon successful completion of the required account upgrade, the Client may continue earning ROI in accordance with the terms applicable to the upgraded account tier.

7.2 Higher-tier accounts may provide enhanced trading capacity, expanded earning potential, and additional account privileges as determined by the Company.

8. ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

8.1 Failure to complete a required account upgrade may result in temporary or permanent limitations on:

  • ROI accumulation
  • Trading activities
  • Account withdrawals
  • Access to certain platform services

8.2 Such limitations shall remain in effect until compliance with upgrade requirements is achieved.

9. COMPANY RIGHTS AND DISCRETION

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Modify account tiers, requirements, or privileges
  • Adjust ROI thresholds or upgrade criteria
  • Update upgrade fees and refund procedures
  • Amend these Terms at any time

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

10. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By maintaining an account with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Account Upgrade and ROI Terms and Conditions.
